Starting the year with the 'Oxford Dash' at Conference week
From guest speaking at the Oxford Farming Conference to running a Make Yourself Heard Workshop, and speaking at the closing plenary at the Oxford Real Farming Conference, our founder Anna Jones has been flying the Just Farmers flag across the whole of Oxford this week.
Participating in talks about the power of diversity at the Oxford Farming Conference, and running a session on communication with the OFC Inspire group, Anna also hopped across the road to deliver a Make Yourself Heard workshop to new entrants and landworkers at the Oxford Real Farming Conference, as well as a radio workshop that explored the power of sound.
Supported by Farming the Future, Just Farmers also ran a filming on your phone workshop which was delivered by Just Farmers trainer Alex Price.
Teaching delegates how to film and edit a short video, Alex also delivered tips on being comfortable in front of the camera.
After three busy days at both conferences, Anna spoke at the Oxford Real Farming Conference's closing plenary and celebrated the power of clear, open and honest communication - as well as the two events themselves!
