Claire has worked in the media for almost nine years, four of which were at the BBC as a TV producer on elections and five years for the Scottish Farmer as their Political Affairs editor.
Talking Point
Claire has now switched to the world of PR but has never been busier with freelance writing and TV/radio appearances. She is a regular after-dinner speaker, conference host and panel facilitator and used to compete for Scotland in athletics, but now can be found at my local climbing wall bouldering.
Declared interests
Claire breeds Belted Galloway Cattle and comes from a small holding outside Ayr, Scotland.

Four years at BBC Scotland, working formerly in Sport and then moving on to News. Four and a half years at the Scottish Farmer as their Political Affairs Editor. One and a half years as a columnist in the Herald newspaper.
